Last updated 2026-10-14. The short version: no account, no ads, no analytics. The one outside service is RevenueCat, which checks the $4.99 purchase.
The app
- No tracking. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting service and no tracking code. It does not ask to track you across other apps or sites.
- No account. You never sign up or sign in, and we never ask for your name, email, location or contacts. There is no iCloud sync and no Game Center.
- A local save only. Your progress, stats, unlocks, settings and daily result are stored on your device, in the app's own storage. We never receive them. iOS may include them in your device backup, which is between you and Apple.
- Works offline. You can play without a connection. Only the purchase needs one.
The purchase: Apple and RevenueCat
The full-game unlock is a one-time purchase. Here is exactly who handles what.
- Apple takes the payment and manages your Apple Account. We never see your card or payment details, or your name.
- RevenueCat is a purchase service the app uses to check whether the game is unlocked and to restore your purchase. It receives your purchase receipt from Apple and an anonymous ID. The app does not give RevenueCat a name, email or any ID of ours: RevenueCat's code creates a random ID on your device. We cannot tie that ID to you.
- Technical details. As with any network request, RevenueCat's servers also receive technical information such as your IP address, device type and operating system version. RevenueCat's privacy policy lists IP address among the information it processes. Its documentation names device identifiers only for advertising IDs such as IDFA, and this app uses none. RevenueCat states that it collects locale and currency code and no location, and that it does not collect device diagnostics.
- What we do with it. We use it to unlock the game, to restore it and to guard against fraud, and we see sales totals and purchase counts in RevenueCat's dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, and it is not used to track you across other companies' apps or sites. We never sell or share it.
On the App Store listing this is declared as Purchases (purchase history) and Identifiers (user ID), used for app functionality and analytics, not linked to your identity and not used for tracking. This follows RevenueCat's own guidance for apps that use anonymous IDs, which you can read at RevenueCat's Apple App Privacy page (we read it on 2026-10-14). RevenueCat's own policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy. RevenueCat acts as our data processor and keeps this data under its own terms.
Your choices
Deleting the app removes the save from your device. Apple keeps your purchase history with your Apple Account, and Restore Purchases brings the unlock back on a new install. Because the RevenueCat ID is random and not linked to you, we may not be able to find your record. Email us with any question or request and we will do what we can.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. Our web host may keep ordinary server logs, as any host does. We do not use them to identify anyone.
Children
Pip House is a dice game with no accounts, chat or ads. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children. The only outside data is the anonymous purchase check described above.
Changes
If this ever changes, this page will say so and the date above will change. We will not add tracking quietly.
